Our returns policy applies to all purchases made with Onecliq, regardless of if it is done via our website or a marketplace.

Change of Mind Purchases
As per our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 we are not required to allow returns (or refunds) on purchases which you have changed your mind on, or were not "what you thought or imagined they would be".
We will however allow you to return a product within 30 days of purchase in exchange for store credit, provided the product/s are in new, unopened and in re-sellable condition.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges and the refund will be for the order cost only (not shipping) and less a 25% re-stocking fee.
Once delivered and approved, all refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Faulty Products
In the event of faulty products we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 and either repair or replace faulty goods (depending on the nature of the fault). In the event something is unable to be repaired or replaced in a timely manner, a substitute product or refund may be offered.
