Here at Onecliq we pride ourselves on a great purchasing and customer service experience.

General

After your payment has gone through and the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

We endavour to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. The daily order cut-off is 8am.

We exclusively use NZ Post (CourierPost). This in our experience is the best delivery service in New Zealand and allows for delivery to urban, rural and PO box addresses.

Once a shipment is sent and you receive the email with tracking, it will usually take about 1-2 business days to non-rural addresses.

Sorry, we are an online-only company. This enables us to focus on swift delivery and offer great pricing and service. If you have a urgent request such as a same-day delivery please contact us to see if we can provide a solution.

Warranty & Returns

All product come with a standard 12 month RTB (return to base warranty) unless otherwise stated. For more information please view our warranty page.

RTB or return to base means you cover the cost of sending products back to us and we will cover the cost of shipping to you any repaired or returned product.

We do accept returns for change-of-mind purchases 30 days after purchase – but only if the item is completely unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies in these cases. If the product has been opened, test-fitted, or installed, we’re unable to accept a return. This is because we can’t resell it as new, and it wouldn’t be fair to future customers. To avoid any issues, we recommend checking fitment carefully before purchasing – and if you’re unsure, just reach out. We’re happy to help. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch right away so we can sort it out.

Car Audio / Car Electronics

No, at present we do not offer a installation service.

We currently don’t provide a list of recommended installers. However, we strongly advise using qualified professionals, such as licensed mechanics or auto-electricians, to ensure proper installation. Choosing an unqualified installer may lead to damage to your vehicle or the product, so it's important to select your installer carefully.

Like all our products these are covered by our warranty. However, any product requiring installation, such as (but not limited to) car stereos and cameras, will require proof of professional installation for any warranty claims. This can include a letter head and/or invoice. We reserve the right to make contact with the installer to verify any warranty claims.
