Shipping Policy

Delivery:

 

All in-stock items are located in Auckland and ready to ship promptly.

We offer FREE nationwide delivery via NZ Post Courier on all orders over $300.

For orders under $300, shipping costs are based on order value and delivery address as follows:

 

We use NZ Post Courier 

• Handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday – Friday)

• Transit time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)

• Shipment cut-off time: 8am on business days

We ship to all urban, residential and PO box addresses within New Zealand.

Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number and GST invoice.

International Shipping

We currently do not have automatic international shipping set up (e.g. Australia), but please get in touch if you want to arrange this.

 

Pick Ups:

 

We are an online-only business and do not offer pick-up services. This helps us focus on fast shipping, great value, and better service.

If you are worried about a parcel security, you can use a NZ Post Collection Point, free of charge. You can set this up and then use that address during our check-out.

If you need same-day delivery or have an urgent request, please do contact us - we will do our best to help.
