 WARRANTY

• All purchases come with a standard 12 month warranty if not otherwise specified
• Our warranty basis is RTB (return to base). RTB means you are required to cover the costs to ship the goods back to us, and we will cover the costs to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you
• Warranty only covers product defects caused by quality issues, workmanship and/or internal faults

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Free gifts 
• Physical damage and/or impact damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Unauthorised repairs and/or opening of any products
• Products not purchased from us – where-possible, we record product serial numbers
• Faults in goods which require a professional installation and the work is carried out by someone not qualified (proof and verification of professional installation is required for such warranty claims – such as an invoice and/or letterhead)
• Any other forms of negligence and/or other user-caused faults

• Please note that the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 does not apply to business purchases.
