Standard Warranty Terms

All purchases come with a 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty, unless otherwise specified.

  • Return-to-Base (RTB) means you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Any form of negligence or user-caused damage, including but not limited to:

    • Physical or impact damage

    • Water or liquid damage

    • Damage caused by improper or DIY installation

    • Use of wiring, parts, or accessories not supplied by us

    • Unauthorised repairs or opening of the product

    • Faults arising from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions

Under these conditions, the warranty will be void.

Installation and Warranty Conditions

For best results and to protect your warranty, any product requiring wiring or installation - such as car stereos, speakers, and subwoofers - should be installed by a qualified professional (e.g. a insured auto-electrician or mechanic).

We are not liable for faults, damage, or failures caused by DIY installation, misuse, or improper handling, and such issues may void the warranty.

Please note: We are also not responsible for any costs, charges, or fees associated with third-party installation services, including removal, reinstallation, labour, or related expenses.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

This warranty does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which provides cover for faults not caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

Business Purchases

Please note that the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 does not apply to business purchases.
