Return And Refund Policy
Important – Please Read Before Ordering
All sales are final. Once your order is placed, it is sent straight to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we are unable to cancel, change, or swap items after checkout has been completed. Please choose carefully.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for change-of-mind purchases, with store credit provided once the return is approved.
To qualify:

The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For items requiring professional installation: no test fitting, installation attempts and/or opened boxes or packaging

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns on the item cost only (not freight, if applicable)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

Starting a Return
Before we can approve a return, we’ll first need clear photos or videos showing the exact issue - many times problems can be solved without sending the item back.
If it cannot be resolved by e-mail, you are welcome to request a return and receive an RMA number, please contact us at sales@onecliq.co.nz. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For items over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe return.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original for store credit (once approved), then place a new order using that credit
Potential Fitment Issues
If you're unsure whether an item will fit your vehicle, please contact us or speak with a professional installer before purchasing. Fitment can sometimes vary between models, years, and trims, and it’s your responsibility to confirm compatibility.
If you decide to purchase without checking and the item doesn’t fit / is not fully compatible, we will not accept a return if has been opened/used/test-fitted (see our Change of Mind policy). We encourage all customers to do their own due diligence before ordering.
Need extra parts?
If by chance your installation needs extra wiring or a different fascia, we’re happy to help source or supply the right parts at a discounted rate to get things working properly. If the parts aren’t in stock, please allow 2–3 weeks for sourcing.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided store credit within 7 business days.
