Our daily shipment cut-off is 8am on business days.

We ship to all urban, residential and PO box addresses within New Zealand.

Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number and GST invoice.

For any international orders i.e. Australia, we are not currently set-up for this automatically, but please contact us to arrange this.

 

Pick Ups:

 

We are an online only company and do not have the facilities to accommodate for pick-ups. This also allows us to focus on shipping packages as quickly as possible and keeping down prices while offering great service.

If you are worried about a parcel being stolen, you can use a NZ Post Collection Point, free of charge. You can set this up and then use that address during our check-out.

If you however have a urgent request for same-day delivery, please do contact us to see if we can provide a solution.
